Born and raised in Raleigh, NC, Chris has had a passion for building homes from a young age. Inspired by the craftsmanship and creativity involved in creating beautiful, lasting homes, he pursued a degree in Construction Management and obtained his Unlimited NC General Contractors License.

Chris works closely with clients, designing their homes and helping their ideas become reality. He loves solving problems and finding creative solutions to home design and construction challenges.

When he’s not on the job site, Chris enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the great outdoors.
Nicole Oleson is the VP of Operations, ensuring the business runs smoothly and efficiently. As a U.S. Air Force veteran, she brings a disciplined mindset and years of experience in development and pre-construction, having permitted in over 50 different municipalities.
Nicole is a licensed NC REALTOR® who has a passion for people. She dedicates herself to helping clients navigate the real estate market with ease and confidence.
When she is not working, you can find Nicole having fun with her family and cheering on the Carolina Hurricanes!
